Terms & Conditions

Registration/attendance at the event is mandatory for participation in the General Body Meeting and Election.
The decision of the Election Committee/Event Organising Committee will be final and binding in all matters.
Only valid TNGOA members with active membership are eligible to vote and contest in the election.
Each gym, irrespective of ownership type, is entitled to only one vote. In case of partnership gyms, only one partner will be allowed to cast the vote on behalf of the gym.
Members must be physically present at the venue to vote; proxy/online voting will not be allowed.
The association reserves the right to modify the schedule of the event or election if required.
All participants and candidates are expected to uphold the values, unity, and integrity of TNGOA.
By attending this event and participating in the election, members agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
